Where To Get It

Rapid Passes are available for purchase at all metro station counters.

Important Information

👉 The initial price of the Rapid Pass is 400/- Taka, which includes 200/- Taka as the initial recharge and the remaining 200/- Taka as the card deposit.

👉 A card user can recharge a maximum of 1,000/- Taka at a time, but the card balance cannot exceed 10,000/- Taka.

👉 Even with insufficient balance on the card, the card user can use the card once per recharge. However, this amount will be automatically adjusted in the next recharge.

Card Registration

1. To register the card, the card user must submit an application in the prescribed form. In this case, the filled application form must be submitted where the card was purchased. The registration process will take a minimum of two working days. No claims regarding refund and re-issue will be accepted before the registration process is completed.

2. Rapid Pass card registration is not mandatory, but only registered card users will enjoy the following benefits:

a) Refund: If a registered user decides to return the card, the operator will refund the card price (deposit and recharge) on the same day after deducting 20/- Taka as a refund fee, subject to verification.

b) Re-issuance of ‘Damaged’ Card: The user can get a new card by returning the damaged card to the operator and paying a re-issuance fee of 200/- Taka. In this case, the operator will take necessary steps to transfer the previous balance to the newly issued card.

c) Re-issuance of Lost Card: The user will pay a deposit fee of 200/- Taka and a re-issuance fee of 200/- Taka for a new card. The operator will take necessary steps to transfer the previous balance to the newly issued card.

d) Return of Lost Card: If the user finds the lost card, they will give it to the operator for refund of the deposit amount. The operator will deactivate the card after verifying its authenticity and refund the card price on the same day after deducting 20/- Taka as a refund fee.

e) One working day will be required to complete the processes described in ‘b’ and ‘c’. As a result, the operator will provide the user with a voucher containing a reference number, and the user will collect the new card by showing that voucher on the next working day.
