To introduce an integrated e-ticketing system (One Card for All Transport) and streamline fare collection, DTCA launched the Rapid Pass smart card. With JICA's technical support, a Clearing House has been set up at DTCA to implement the Automatic Fare Collection System and integrate fare collection.
